Refund policy
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- When Rented Item(s) is/are reserved in advance, a 25% Deposit shall be payable at the time of reservation. This will be set off against the total rental fee. The total rental fee (less any Deposit) shall be payable before or upon drop-off. The Damage Deposit is payable on reservation and will be repaid to the Hirer when the Rented Item(s) is/are returned to EBIKE ESCAPES LTD, subject to any deductions or retention in accordance with the Terms of Service.
- If the Hirer cancels the hire less than four weeks before the commencement of the agreed hire start time/date, EBIKE ESCAPES LTD shall be entitled to keep the Deposit of 25% or offer a change of date. If the Hirer cancels the hire more than four weeks in advance of the start time/date an alternative date or full refund will be offered.
- If the Hirer shall commit any breach of the terms of this agreement EBIKE ESCAPES LTD shall be entitled, but without prejudice to any other rights or remedies which it may have, to terminate the hire of the Rented Item(s), and recover possession thereof without notice and to make reasonable charge for such repossession. No rights of EBIKE ESCAPES LTD under this agreement will be waived except in writing by a duly authorised member of staff.
