Please note a 25% deposit is payable upon reservation, refundable up to four weeks prior to the hire start date. The outstanding balance and a refundable £100 security deposit is payable on the hire start date.

Property Overview

4 miles from Monmouth, this cosy rural hut gives access to an area that is outstanding for its beauty, wildlife, walking, cycling, wild swimming, kayaking, canoeing and fine dining.

The Wye Valley, Forest of Dean, Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains are all doable from the hut in about an hour or much less, as is Cardiff, Wales’ capital city. It sits between the 3 lovely market towns of Usk, Abergavenny and Monmouth is the nearest.

The hut itself is a bit of a Tardis, with plenty of room to enjoy your stay comfortably, with a plush double bed (permanent, not fold down), comfy chairs round a dining table and a well equipped kitchen area with everything you might need.

In front of the hut is a stone patio with BBQ and dining area, and a firepit with two comfortable recliners for star gazing. Lots of cushions are provided and snuggly throws.
